These terms ("Terms") define the legal framework under which Somion Web Services (SWS) provides services to you ("You") and become effective as of the date you submit your order on the website.
We recommend reading these Terms carefully as they explain who we are, how we provide services, how the contract may be modified or terminated, and what to do in the event of a problem.
SWS may revise these Terms or any related policy at its sole discretion at any time.
You will be notified via email 30 days in advance of any changes. Changes will take effect immediately after that. Continued use of the services constitutes your implicit acceptance. You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date and not providing an incorrect one.

Your order is not binding until we confirm its receipt and payment has been completed.
If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., domain unavailable or untransferable), we will notify you and refund any payments made.
To access our services, we may assign you a username and password.
You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your login information and must notify us in case of suspicion or security breach.
Domain registrations/transfers are always under your name, not SWS. You are responsible for accurate WHOIS data.
We may change the registrar at our discretion without notice.
We handle domain registration/transfer requests in line with ICANN and registry policies.
Renewals are automatic unless otherwise requested or if payment fails.
Expired domains may be renewed within 3 days (grace period) upon full payment.
After the grace period, we may auction, modify, or transfer the domain at our discretion.
Some hosting plans include free domain registration for specific extensions and limited time.
Hosting is for website and email use only; no backups, adult content, or mass processing without written approval.
"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use and should not impact server stability.
We offer free migration within reasonable capacity; you must provide accurate access info.
We reserve the right to change hosting environment or server location and will notify you in writing.
Our goal is 99.9% uptime excluding planned maintenance.
If a server issue occurs, we aim to respond within 30 minutes.
Daily backups are performed but not guaranteed for full recovery every time.
We may suspend services for maintenance, legal reasons, or technical updates. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
If suspension exceeds 120 hours, you may terminate the service and receive a refund for the unused period.
If payment is overdue, services may be suspended, and interest applied. Upon payment, services are usually restored within 24 hours if data is not deleted.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to a third party with prior notice.
You may not transfer your obligations unless we provide written consent.
